Seneschal – Replacement Deputy
His Excellency’s warrant expires in May 2025. We are currently seeking candidates interested in serving as Replacement Deputy to the Seneschal. All applicants to the position need to send their letters of intent/interest, as well as mundane or SCA resumes, to the Crown and the Kingdom Seneschal. They will review all applicants and consult with our Seneschal before making a determination as to who will take over the office.
Exchequer – Replacement Deputy
Our Exchequer is currently seeking a deputy to serve as their replacement when their warrant expires in May. All applicants to the position need to send their letters of intent/interest, as well as mundane or SCA resumes, to the Crown and the Kingdom Exchequer. They will review all applicants and consult with our Exchequer before making a determination as to who will take over the office.
Baronial Seat Polling
Baroness or Baron
The Crown has accepted the petition from His Excellency to add another individual to the Baronial Seat to serve alongside him for the remainder of his tenure. This candidate will share the responsibilities of the Baronage as co-Baron or Baroness with such duties as determined by Corpora (SCA Organizational Handbook/Governing Documents) and Kingdom Law. Letters of intent/interest should be sent to the Kingdom Seneschal no later than March 2, 2025.
With consideration of the calendar and Gulf Wars, a Town Hall meeting will take place on on Sunday, March 23, 2025, for the intent to have candidates available so that they may field and answer questions from the populace. Polling will take place immediately after.

Samhain 2025
We are currently seeking bids for our Samhain event, October 24-26, 2025. Peirsol Group Camp at Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park located at 910 Riddick Rd, Millington, TN 38053, is the current site reserved. If you are interested in running this event, please send event bids to our Seneschal.
Candlemas 2026
We will begin accepting bids for Candlemas 2026 at our next business meeting, February 16, 2025. A site for this event is still TBD. If you are interested in running this event, please send event bids to our Seneschal.
